Information For issuance of visa support of the MFA of RK (guidelines on issuing visas) to foreign citizens, traveling to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the inviting organization should submit the following documents to the Department of Consular Service of the MFA: 1. Invitation letter in the fixed form, certified by Migration Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (according to Form #1). 2. Payment order or receipt of payment of consular fees and actual expenditures. 3. Organization which appealed to the DCS of the MFA for the first time - a notary copies of the charter, registration certificate from the Ministry of Justice of the RK, statistical card, (license for tourist activity in case of invitation the tourists), organizations from other cities should send the named above documents to the following addresses: Astana, 010000, Left bank of Ishim river, building #35, street #1, Department of Consular Service of the MFA, Passport-visa section, visa support sector. Invitation letter should be written in 3 copies, one of which should be submitted to the DCS of the MFA, the second should be sent to the invited persons (by letter, fax, e-mail, etc.), and the third should be kept by the inviting organization. The DCS within 7 days does processing of the received application and after sending the instructions to the diplomatic or consular mission of MFA RK informs about the number of visa support, which should be send by the inviting organization to the foreign citizen for applying to consular section to receive visa.
