The sport communities of our country offered me to be a president of National Olympic committee, because they understand importance of association bend every effort of prestige sport starts. The problem of Ministry – in a sort terms to play against the maximum effort to the successful appearance in XV Asiatic games in Changchun and in coming XXIX summer Olympic Games in 2008 in Beijing. It’s necessary to lead having sport base at international standards and make up mind to an organizational questions development of mass sport.
– There is a many changes and structural transformation in Ministry with your coming. There was established tourism and sport comities.

The Ministry is cultivated the state Programs of development tourism and sport in Kazakhstan. They are taken into account of 4 years. At moment the sport department approaching to the creation of modern sport objects. Not far from Almaty is building the center of Olympic preparation and the cycle track and the stadium with an awning. In a short time will appear the center of Olympic preparation in Shuchinsk (Akmola oblast). Forth coming winter Asiatic games we will suppose to build up the universal ice palace capacities 20 thousand peoples and the stadium to winter sport orientation. Undoubtedly we mast to do a big preparatory and organizational work with members of country sport team and probably pretender to Olympic medals. The modern sport describes with height density of results.
– How much the ordinary coach is receives? What kind of reforms expects sport community in this direction?

– Without developing mass sport and physical training that couldn’t be healthy nation. Do you lead the health way living?
– In accordance with low about state social order there is a social organizations there were real possibility to revive voluntary sport societies on the profitable condition and mutually tern with Ministries. For example, for power structure – it is sport and physical training society “Dinamo”, for industrial workers – “Enbek” and “Lokomotiv”, also we must to bring back to live FSC “Kairat” by Ministry of rural economy to realization work in villages.
The main sport department takes for the developing sport youthful schools. In this sphere we’ll determine the priorities kinds of sports in towns and districts. It’s necessary to become established love to sport and physical training in early ages. We must to do imperative conditions to doing different sports to youth people. I do my morning exercises every morning twice a week I do 2 kilometer run. Unfortunately, I haven’t time to do my favorite exercises horse walk and swimming. – I don’t think what in our sport possible dominating corruption. Nevertheless, we intending to realize differentiate approaches to the selection and place of personnel.
