The 41st international exhibition ITB-2007 was held in Berlin, the capital of Germany. 11 thousand firms from 184 countries of the world participated in it, the Kazakh MFA’s press service informs.
he Kazakh delegation was chaired by Khoblandy Mussin, the deputy Minister of Sport and Tourism of Kazakhstan. During the exhibition there was held a presentation of the development of the Kazakhstan’s tourism, a common strategy of the development of tourism industry in Kazakhstan.
The Kazakh delegation held a number of meetings within the frame of ITB-2007 exhibition. Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization Francesco Frangialli supports Kazakhstan in its aspiration to chair the Consultative Council of the UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization).
